How Do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and check out directly on the site. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you'd rather confirm details before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept

We accept card payments through our secure checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Contact us on WhatsApp within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to adjust it before it ships.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Oman

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days within Muscat, and 3-5 business days for other areas of Oman.

How much does delivery cost?

2-3 OMR depending on the area.

Do you ship outside Oman?

Not yet — we're currently Oman-only, with plans to expand regionally in the near future.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a kit if my child doesn't like it?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges at the time being.

What if my kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces?

Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the item first.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

About the Kits

What ages are CREADO kits designed for?

Most kits suit ages 5-16, with specifics noted on each product page. Younger children may need light adult supervision.

Are the materials safe for kids?

Yes — all kits use age-appropriate, tested materials. Nothing in our kits requires a warning label to explain.
